About Kea Davis...
I'm Kea (pronounced Kay-ah) Davis — a passionate and driven Theater and Live Event Technician with over 2,000 hours of hands-on experience in lighting, video, and audio. I specialize in crafting multimedia experiences that engage, entertain, and inspire audiences. With a background in theater and dance, my technical expertise is matched by a deep understanding of storytelling and stagecraft.
From operating ENG and DSLR cameras to programming lighting cues on GrandMA 3, I thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where creative vision meets technical execution. Whether I’m directing a live broadcast, designing projection looks, or running cables on the show floor, I bring precision, positivity, and a collaborative spirit to every production.
My experience spans large-scale projects like the EA Sports Madden ’25 Challenge Series and Show Production’s Jeopardy Live, where I played key roles in camera operation, video direction, and cross-departmental coordination. I also spent seven years with Gwinnett Church as a dedicated camera operator and intern, building a strong foundation in live event production.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Show Production from Full Sail University in 2025, where I expanded my skills in automated lighting, audio measurement systems, and advanced video production. I’m certified in OSHA 10, Dante Levels 1 & 2, and Meyer Sound System Design and Optimization — and always seeking new ways to grow through hands-on learning and continuing education.
Let’s bring bold ideas to life on stage, on screen, and behind the scenes!
